     Contributions to the Ida Rupp Public Library Fund of the Ottawa County Community Foundation, Inc. are welcome. Donations to the fund, which is professionally managed and is independent of the library, help ensure a legacy of life-long learning in our community.

    The Ottawa County Community Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to the encouragement and support of philanthropic activities by and for the residents of Ottawa County, Ohio, and the Ida Rupp Public Library Fund is one of the several charitable funds.

    Contributions to the Ida Rupp Public Library Fund of the Ottawa County Community Foundation are professionally managed by the Toledo Community Foundation, Inc. Through its experience, high level of philanthropic knowledge, financial advice, and administrative support, the Toledo Community Foundation provides security for the library's donors.
